You can chart the decline and eventual collapse of doughnut humor by figuring out what year offered the first season of Zombie Simpsons and then drawing a downward line at a 45 degree angle, with said line reaching zero or perhaps negative numbers in our present year. If you're hoping that today's post will spark a renaissance in bakery guffaws I'm not gonna throw no shade on ya but keep in mind most of this blog's viewers are Russian web-bots and the story I have to work with contains almost every evil the modern world has to offer. All right, just a few specific evils like entitlement and trying to poison your fellow meat-bags, but that's enough, right?
An employee at a Dunkin' Donuts in Virginia allegedly sprayed day-old donuts with a cleaning solution that contained bleach before giving them away to a group of teenagers who later ate them, Virginia police said.
The banality of evil doesn't get much more banal than this. We may have reached peak trite malevolence.
The teenagers had previously received the store's leftover donuts for free, and they had returned to the Dunkin' Donuts in the 2900 block of Chain Bridge Road for more on July 25, Fairfax County police said.
"Don't worry, these entitlements are just a safety net to get you back into the work force," someone said, once.
Someone at the store denied their request multiple times but eventually relented and told the teens to come back later in the day, police said.
This is the kind of behavior that would make Gandhi try to kill you with cleaning products, let alone some put-upon minimum wage slave.
Before the group came back, that employee allegedly sprayed the donuts with "a cleaning solution that contained bleach" and then handed them off to the teenagers, police said.
Y'all bout to get "trolled" by rolled bread.
The teens ate "anywhere from one bite to a whole donut," police said, before they realized something may be wrong with the food and called police.
"I can't believe I ate the whole thing" is finally a relevant reaction.
No one was injured, and a criminal investigation is ongoing.
Everything's fine, better put someone in a cage or whatever.

You would probably be in more danger by eating one licked by Ariana Grande.
You should be the first to be 'exterminated' when the donut peddlers decide your poverty is punishable by death.
The attack on morality continues!
I don't eat donuts
He thought it was "doughnut freshener". Give the guy a break.

News You Can't Use: San Francisco Sheriff Deputies Charged for 'Fight Club' Duels
Today's bit of worthless current events has a little bit of everything. We've got a headline that confuses deputy gladiator rings with "Fight Club," a mistake you might make if you're culturally illiterate and have also never watched an episode of "Walker: Texas Ranger," leaving a very small demographic indeed. The story itself provides ample grist for whatever political axe you have to grind, from "We're a prison planet, man" gray pony tail onanism to "Look at what the dumbocrats do when they have power" internet commentators and whatever increasingly non-existent moderate middle still remains. The upshot is we're going to break both the first and second rules of Sheriff Deputy Fight Club Gladiator Battles and talk about it in great depth.
Three San Francisco sheriff's deputies were charged with arranging "Fight Club" duels between jail inmates, and one of the deputies made prisoners gamble for food, clothing and bedding, prosecutors said on Tuesday.
The whole point of "Fight Club," was, of course, the struggle for existential meaning and resistance against a soul-killing system, a theme that would have been somewhat undermined if the hero was a prisoner told by Deputy Corruption he'll be fighting for ownership of bedding. Or maybe just throwing dice for bedding, it could be that, too, I guess.
The criminal charges came as newly elected San Francisco Sheriff Vicki Hennessy was implementing jail reforms, such as increased use of video cameras, to prevent such offences.
That new broom sure sweeps clean. We're going to reduce the amount of organized inmate brawls by putting cameras everywhere because this is the closest thing we have to a caring God in today's world.
The two current San Francisco sheriff's deputies and one former deputy were expected to surrender within two days, said Max Szabo, a spokesman for the prosecutors.
Please turn yourself in so we can severely punish your aberrant behavior. Don't go ruining the honor system for everyone else, all right?
Prosecutors brought the most serious charges against ex-deputy Scott Neu, including assault by an officer, criminal threats and inhumanity to a prisoner. He could be sentenced to 10 years in prison if convicted.
On today's episode of "Baby's First Bitter Irony" we've got an inherently dehumanizing prison system that's worried about the inhumanities committed by individual officers and to show how serious we are about that we'll make offenders faceless numbers in the same broken system.
On March 5, 2015, Neu pitted two jail inmates against each other, threatening to use a taser gun against them unless they fought, prosecutors said.
Remember when Brad Pitt character did that? What do you mean, "no?" This is just like Fight Club, down to the smallest details.
Thinking they had no choice, the inmates battled and the smaller one hurt his rib, prosecutors said. Chiba is accused of watching the melee and not stopping it.
Let's example the inner thought life of criminal scum forced to cause minor rib damage to appease their heartless captors.
The next day, Neu again forced the pair to fight and this time Jones took part in pitting the two inmates against each other, prosecutors said.
Well, yesterday's fight was a predictable disappointment that failed to satiate my sick blood lust, so let's do it again today and hope for better "action" this time.
Neu's attorney, Harry Stern, said in a statement there was no "fight club".
I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't see the connection.
"Deputy Neu allowed two inmates to wrestle to settle a minor dispute. In retrospect, he shouldn’t have. This is the sum and substance of the case," Stern said.
It was simply a club where fights were organized, certainly not a "fight club."
Hennessy, who was elected in November, said the accused deputies were stationed at an outdated jail and the alleged actions occurred under her predecessor, Ross Mirkarimi.
If only there were up-to-date bars and concrete walls everyone would have no doubt conducted themselves with quiet dignity.

Wellington turns out to be a fictional creation of his own mind.
"I'm not going to say it's his fault. What I am going to say is we need to do more there," Hennessy said in a phone interview.
More tax and spend, the constant solution for unending problems.
District Attorney George Gascón said in a statement that subjecting inmates "to degrading and inhumane treatment makes a mockery of (the) justice system."
Now to get back to ignoring White collar crime.

Its a privilege to work in a public employment capacity.
Hey that's a good idea. Fight Clubs
Why oh why do so many non-criminal citizens have little or no trust with LEAs and police officers? Why oh why?
10 years is getting off easy.
San Francisco, that's a liberal stronghold isn't it?

News You Can't Use: Duo's Phony Heart Attack Scheme Foiled
What happens when you want that Barbie Power Wheel to commute down the sidewalks to your honest job but lack the necessary funds and are denied financing under highly suspicious and probably discriminatory circumstances? For most people the dream of the hot pink luxury toy would simply wither on the vine, but for two pieces of total human garbage this set-back was defeated with the classic "phony medical emergency" gambit.
A Florida thief last week faked a heart attack inside a Walmart so that a male accomplice could walk out of the store with a shopping cart stuffed with toys, including a motorized Barbie Power Wheel, police report.
This is like one of those criminal mastermind plans that practically floors us law-abiding squares with its unbelievable audacity and cunning. I'll fool everyone into responding to my distress by virtue of our shared humanity. While that trick bag is being spilled out, you get that Barbie whip out the door.
While the diversion proved initially successful, the pair was arrested yesterday on grand theft charges when they were linked to the crime via surveillance footage.
Luckily we live in an age wherecriminals feel guilty for their crimes and want to repent the evil they've done to others and God everything is being recorded. And yes, it's a felony. Grand Theft Barbie Auto, the perfect gift for Daddy's little princess.
According to a Polk County Sheriff’s Office report, Tarus Scott, 30, and Genard Dupree, 27, entered the Lake Wales Walmart together and filled a cart with $369.94 in merchandise.
The live action version of "Two Stupid Dogs."
As Scott moved toward the exit with the merchandise, Dupree dropped to the floor and clutched his chest. With Dupree doing his best Fred Sanford imitation, Scott walked past his sidekick.
How about a classic television reference maybe 1% of our readers will get? Perfect.
The fake heart attack, cops noted, “appeared to be done in an attempt to create a distraction long enough for Scott to exit the store, past all points of sale, without paying for the merchandise in the cart."
See, our police can demonstrate basic logic after a few days to work on it. Let's give them tanks.
Dupree’s heart trouble lasted 44 seconds before he was able to get to his feet and amble out of Walmart.
A pretty standard exit for a customer of that fine establishment.

"Was falling down in deep-fried salted snacks part of your plan?"
"Of course!"
"What's the next step in your master plan?"
"Crashing this Barbie Power Wheel with no survivors."
He met up with Scott in the parking lot and the pair drove away in an SUV.
I'm deeply saddened that the Barbie car wasn't used in the escape.
Dupree is currently on felony probation for theft, while Scott is an ex-con who was released from prison last year after serving about a decade for armed robbery.
Surprisingly, being surrounded by squalor, violence and other criminals in a for-profit institution failed to reform this criminal dream team. At least this time they can earn mad "cred" for stealing a toy intended for little girls after possuming in the China-Mart.
